These Terms form a binding contract between you and UK Flags And Apparel, a UK-registered company.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Website. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, without liability.

3. Products and Purchases

We offer flags and related products via dropshipping. Product descriptions, images, and prices are for reference; we strive for accuracy but do not guarantee it. Prices are in GBP, inclusive of VAT where applicable, excluding shipping.

Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if products are unavailable or for other reasons, refunding you fully. Payment is processed securely via third-party gateways; we do not store card details.

Title to products passes upon delivery. Risk transfers when shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the UK and selected countries via partners like Royal Mail or couriers. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or supplier issues. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For international orders, you are responsible for duties and taxes.

5. Returns and Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel distance contracts and return goods for a refund (excluding custom items). Notify us within 14 days, return within another 14 days. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. We refund within 14 days of receipt, including standard shipping costs (you pay return shipping unless faulty).

For defective or incorrect items, contact us for free returns and full refunds/replacements. Refunds are to original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (text, images, logos) is owned by us or licensors, protected by UK copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission. Flags like the Union Jack are public domain designs, but our branding is proprietary.

7. User Conduct
